Our Parking Lot Pop-up is hosted and organized by Jessica and Jacob Watkins (and their rescue dog Amuro) of Tiny Deer Studio and The Pin Department.

It is hosted in a small, private parking lot on York Blvd in Highland Park, Los Angeles - in front of a commercially zoned live/work house.

Jessica and Jacob have been vendors at pop-ups all over Texas and in LA for the last ten years and their shop and offices are located inside the live/work house.

Sensing a need for clients and peers to have a stress-free, intimate and low-key environment in which to “re-enter society” after such a grueling loss of in-person events in 2020 and 2021, the parking lot pop-up was started!

The pop-up has hosted many vendors, both established and up-and-coming, providing a free space and an opportunity to reconnect with their customers in-person.

The pop-up is booked by appointments online, to help ease the traffic and lessen the stress that goes along with crowds. With high visibility on a busy street, the pop-up also welcomes walk-up visitors during event hours.

Safety is very important, so all events require that humans be masked and dogs be leashed. There’s also hand sanitizer available, vendors are encouraged to accept contact-free payments and acrylic shields are available for vendor tables.
